** Carry important photographic equipment as much as you can, and remember that your hand baggage should not exceed 7 kg, and the tripod cannot be carried in hand luggage.
Many advance logistical arrangements have been made prior to the operation of these trips, so we must strictly adhere to the above cancellation policy. We will not be held responsible for missed connections, incorrect check-in times, improper documentation, and/or lost, stolen or damaged luggage. Any additional expenses caused by late or cancelled transportation carriers will be borne by the traveler.

We accept E-transfers, Visa and Mastercard payments. Once payments and deposits have been received our cancellation policy is in effect.
We strongly recommend trip cancellation and medical evacuation insurance.
If cancellations are due to Covid-19 related travel restrictions set in place by Manitoba’s Public Health department, payments made are fully refundable.
We should stay at 100 meters/300 feet from bears. Never approach or challenge a bear; however, bears might approach us provided it’s safe.
Our Guides will try our best to get you the best spot or the viewing angle.
From October to November, sea ice begins to form on the shores and Polar Bears become a lot more active in Churchill surroundings anticipation of the seal hunt.
For witnessing polar bear cubs emerging from their dens for the first time, the best time will be around Mid February to March.
Rated EASY for wildlife photographers,
and anyone who is physically capable is most welcome. Most of the travel is by 4WD van with very little travel on foot. Participants must be prepared for the possibility of extreme weather and severe cold.
Dining options in Churchill are fairly limited and all within walking distance of accommodations in town. The restaurants all provide a North American style menu. During Polar Bear season reservations are often recommended and always appreciated.
When it is Bear season (Oct/Nov), hotels and B&Bs in Churchill fill up very quickly. Our Multi-day packages include local accommodation, We make sure you will have a warm comfy room to stay.
There are only 2 ways to get to Churchill, either by train or airplane. Our Multi-day packages include roundtrip airfare from Winnipeg to Churchill.
